Your 2022 Vacation Destination List

Your 2022 Vacation Destination List

First off, I have a confession to make. I always start planning the next trip on the last day of my current vacation. Literally, never get enough of vacation. I know we are all on the same boat, so today I'll share with you some travel ideas that have stayed on my list for years, and hopefully, you'll be somehow inspired for your next adventure.

1. Zermatt, Switzerland

Are you outdoorsy? If yes, then put this down on the top of your travel list. Zermatt is a resort village, famous for its magnificent long ski runs, with terrains for beginners to pros, and also offers a variety of outdoor sports all year round.

If you are rewarding yourself with a boujee trip, then all these high-end hotels, fine restaurants, and luxury spas will pamper you in every way you'd like.

2. Los Cabos, Mexico

Mountain is not your thing? Let's embrace the ocean. Los Cabos is an ideal getaway for beach lovers, especially for those who live in SoCal. Only 2 hours flight, and you'll wake up to this coastal beauty, isn't it amazing?

A sip of marg, chips & guac, surfing & snorkeling, who will not fall in love with this definitive Mexico charm?

3. Santorini, Greece

I am confident that each of you has seen this place, at least once, on tv shows, ig post, or wherever. Yes, this gorgeous neighborhood filled with white- and pastel-colored buildings cascading down cliffsides is Oia, located in Santorini, Greece. The scenery is just insane, as buildings and nature are blending and rendering into an artwork.

And remember to try some sun-dried cherry tomatoes infused dips, lambs gyros with tzatziki sauce, and Greek salad drizzled with olive and olive oil. Foodie heaven!

4. Hakone, Japan

For travelers who are tired of city living, wait a second before crossing out Japan on your next vacation list. Tokyo is probably the crowdest city worldwide but not too far away, Hakone is just a perfect destination for you to escape into the beauty of nature.

Soaking in a hot spring while appreciating the breathtaking view of Mount Fuji, and after all these, kaiseki, a traditional multi-course Japanese dinner, is awaiting you. Most of the resorts here follow the Ryokan system, charging for one night's stay with two meals. It can be a bit pricey, but it's 100% worth trying.
